who are running for council and how many seats are open

There are 7 running, (i think)
I know that there are 4 council seats open. The council members with seats opening are as follows: Brian Burns (was appointed but did run 4 yrs ago), Ken Pulskamp, Mark Kobasuk, and Tracy Hueber (who isn't running for council this year.
My feelings: There are 3 extraordinary candidates running for council. Met each of them at my door coming around to show me what they stand for. Kobasuk (we all know him from what he has done on council esp crull street and opposing the tax credit removal), Tiettmeyer is the guy who was on citizens finance committee (sharp financial guy works for a big bank (5th third?), and Harten who also was on citizens financial committee, has good background in law, and good ideas about spending our money wisely and health benefits options for newtown employees.
Not sure about the fourth one to vote for. I may just vote for these three.
